Description

In this class we delve deep into the slow-paced, passive, meditative style of Yin Yoga. Poses will be held for three to six minutes, targeting the deep connective and fascia tissues, improving the energy flow along the meridian pathways, reducing stress and improving joint mobility. Stretch, relax, enjoy live music and let go of your week. Please bring your own mat and props if you have them. Please book @ femalefederation.co.nz $35 for gym members and $45 for non members.
